1. Who we are

This policy is published by Angar Digital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Angar Digital”, “we”, “us”). It applies to this website, angardigital.com, and to the mobile apps we publish, including Pipelette (together, the “Services”). Angar Digital LLC is responsible for the personal information processed as described in this policy.

Each app’s App Store page also shows Apple’s “App Privacy” details for that app.

2. Information we collect

On this website

This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and has no forms. Like any web host, our hosting provider, GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), may process technical data such as your IP address when you visit, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. If you use the light/dark mode switch, your choice is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us.

When you contact us

If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and to keep a record of our exchange.

In our apps

• No account. Our apps do not ask you to create an account or to give us your name, e-mail address or phone number. Unless an app clearly states otherwise, what you create or set in the app stays on your device.
• Purchases. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.
• RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to validate purchases, restore them and manage access to paid features. To do this, RevenueCat processes a random identifier generated by the app, purchase and subscription information (such as the product, price, dates and transaction identifiers) and technical information (such as device type, operating system and app version, country or region, and IP address). • Information from Apple. Apple gives us sales reports and, if you have chosen to share them with app developers in your device settings, crash reports and app usage statistics. These reports do not identify you directly.

3. How we use information

• to provide our apps and unlock the features you have purchased;
• to process, validate and restore purchases;
• to answer your messages and support requests;
• to fix bugs, keep the Services secure and prevent fraud;
• to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or a similar law applies, we rely on: the performance of a contract (to provide the features and purchases you request); our legitimate interests (to answer you, keep the Services secure and improve them); compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where the law requires it.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only for that purpose: Apple (App Store and payments), RevenueCat (purchase management), GitHub (website hosting) and our e-mail hosting provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

6. International transfers

Angar Digital LLC and its service providers are based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be processed there. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep information

We keep e-mails for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. We keep purchase records for as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Our service providers keep data according to their own policies.

8. Your rights

EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and other U.S. states

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as these terms are defined by California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

E-mail us at contact@angardigital.com. We may ask for information to verify your request, and we will reply within the time required by law. Because our apps do not use accounts, we may not be able to link some information to you. If so, we will tell you.

To cancel a subscription, use your Apple Account settings on your device. Deleting an app removes the data it stored on your device.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and the UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will make them clearly visible.
