1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website angardigital.com and of the mobile apps published by Angar Digital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Angar Digital”, “we”, “us”), together the “Services”. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Apps from the App Store

Our apps are licensed, not sold. Apps downloaded from Apple’s App Store are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Angar Digital, not Apple, is responsible for our apps and their content.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services: for example, not to copy, resell or redistribute our apps or content, reverse-engineer them except where the law allows it, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics and software, belong to Angar Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Angar Digital” and “Pipelette” are names used by Angar Digital LLC.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angar Digital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant app or purchase in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
